  • Warm Up (~10 mins)

  • 20 mins (20 Rounds)

    • 2KB Clean x5 On The Minute (OTM)

      1. Maintain the talk test and avoid Stop signs throughout. If you cannot, switch to easier swings or take a rest by walking around the room until everyone has finished or you feel ready to jump back in.

      2. If your hands are giving you trouble, switch to 2KB Swings or 2-Hand Swings.

  • 20 mins or 5 Rounds

    • Get Up x 1/side

    • Side Plank x 20 sec/side
